Reflective Journal Week 5: P2

Week 5 (10/07/2023- 14/07/2023)

Successfully completed fifth week of my teaching practice. I got only 3 class in 8H to teach. Since, the model exams were started it was a busy week also as we are assigned to monitor the classes. Also, inauguration of mathematics, physics and social science club are also observed.

The first day, that is 10/07/2023, nothing special happened on this day. I got each period in 8H and 8B.  Also, went for free periods. We are getting towards the end of the phase, so the works and its related things making as busier.
In the second day, that is 11/07/2023, started with morning prayer. Teacher came for our last observation. She told many good comments about my class. Still, I've this thing in my mind that it was not what I expect. Because I only able to present the ppt using laptop as there was no electricity. 8B students are getting better day by day compared to their initial days. Discussed about conducting programmes in the coming week with other trainees. And asked for her permission.
In the third day, that is 12/07/2023, started with special assembly on the occasion of Malala Day. In the third period I went to 6C and made them play some games to engage. I got 3 period in 8B. So, I almost covered the portion there. I asked them to study well as I will conduct the exam on coming week.
In the fourth day, that is 13/07/2023, started with morning prayer. Today was the mathematics club inauguration. We were asked to prepare some questions for quiz and assemble in the seminar hall at 1.00 pm. I am improving my teaching methods according to students. I am experimenting something new in the classroom. Hope that will help them in understanding the topic. The club inauguration was eye opening. They presented masterplan for a month. It was a very well-planned execution.HM also congratulated the teachers for their effort.
In the fifth day, that is 14/07/2023, nothing special happened. I completed the chapter in 8B and conducted achievement test in 8H. There is a lot of confusions takes replace in conducting the exam. But in the last 2 periods I conducted my exam. 
Getting closer towards the end of the teaching phase, I am getting loads of love from students which is more valuable than anything else.

  Week 8 (31/07/2023- 04/08/2023) Successfully completed last week of my teaching practice. These 33 days are filled with new experiences and lessons in life. These days have taught me to learn from mistakes and improve myself with hard work enthusiasm. As a teacher trainee, these days helped me to understand my limitations in the process of teaching. Each and every experience I faced during my school internship helped in developing my personality and in increasing my confidence level.  The first day, that is 31/07/2023, I reached school little late because of PSC exam. Reflective Journal Week 7

  Week 7 (16/01/2023- 20/01/2023) Successfully completed seventh week of my teaching practice. A lot of things happened this week. Also, I am very happy with my students because they are very obedient now.  The first day, that is 16/01/2023, started with morning assembly conducted 8A students and in the assembly, HM announced that they will join the sub-Jilla based campaign of vegetable farming in schools.  First day I got three periods in 8A. I taught them on the topic construction of squares and rhombus and made workout them some problems based on it. Also, from this week onwards we were in charge of PT periods of all classes in the school. So, we will get a separate timetable for that in the morning itself from HM and we adjust our duties accordingly. We teach them many games and warm- up exercises.
