Week 2 (19/06/2023- 23/06/2023)

Successfully completed second week of my teaching practice. There was a lot of special moments in this week.
The first day, that is 19/06/2023, started with reading day special assembly and in the afternoon also the day related programmes were carried out and we, also engaged in all activities of the day. Then as usual I went to my assigned classes as per the timetable and taught the chapter equal triangles. 
In the second day, that is 20/06/2023, started with morning prayer. Our optional teacher came to our school for observation. We arranged everything accordingly. According to her review my class was good but there are things that I need to improve like teaching aids, reinforcement etc. But overall, I think had done a great job. Still there are things that I need to work on, in order to strengthen my teaching career. She has given many comments both positive and negative. I got many classes this week. Also, free periods to other classes.
In the third day, that is 21/06/2023, the day started with morning prayer. I had a total of 2 periods today. I had spent a quality time with my 2 classes. 8H is lagging behind the portion compared to 8B. With the help of various aids, I taught them the portion. Also, as a free period Me and Pooja went to 9E class to monitor the students as class test was carrying on. Also, I checked 8B student's notebook. Half of them notebooks are not completed.
In the fourth day, that is 22/06/2023, the day started with some advice by one of the sirs in the school. I had a total of 2 periods today. One in 8H and other in 8B. As per the suggestion my concerned teacher I prepared assignment questions to the students and distribute it to the class and asked them to complete during the lunch break. I observed them and they completed the work.
In the fifth day, that is 23/06/2023, the day started with lot of confusion that whether there is a strike or not. But the day continued as normal. Also, the day observed special assembly as part of the "dry day" campaign. Hence the students and teachers cleaned every nook and corner of school. In the last 3 period I went to my assigned classes. The day ended at 3.45 pm. And after that, Ajayan sir came to us and asked us whether we are doing any program in the coming Monday as part of Anti-drug campaign. So, instantly we arranged some programs and asked permission for the same from HM. After that we left the school.

  Week 8 (31/07/2023- 04/08/2023) Successfully completed last week of my teaching practice. These 33 days are filled with new experiences and lessons in life. These days have taught me to learn from mistakes and improve myself with hard work enthusiasm. As a teacher trainee, these days helped me to understand my limitations in the process of teaching. Reflective Journal Week 7

  Week 7 (16/01/2023- 20/01/2023) Successfully completed seventh week of my teaching practice. A lot of things happened this week. Also, I am very happy with my students because they are very obedient now.  The first day, that is 16/01/2023, started with morning assembly conducted 8A students and in the assembly, HM announced that they will join the sub-Jilla based campaign of vegetable farming in schools.  First day I got three periods in 8A. I taught them on the topic construction of squares and rhombus and made workout them some problems based on it. Also, from this week onwards we were in charge of PT periods of all classes in the school. So, we will get a separate timetable for that in the morning itself from HM and we adjust our duties accordingly. We teach them many games and warm- up exercises.
