Week 1 (26/10/2022- 29/10/2022) Successfully completed first week of my teaching practice. Always reached the school at 9:25 am. Starting first 2 days was youth festival celebration, so I don't get any chance to take classes. But I learned many things like how to manage children and handle some emergency situations with children. Those moments are really precious. I terribly missed my good olden school days. Other teachers in the school are so friendly and cooperative. They mingled with us very freely and treated us like normal teachers and not like trainee teachers. Also, they given us a general idea of the school and the students. Students are so mischievous that we need to take extra effort to handle them. We got our timetable on the second day. In the third day, I was given substitution classes to class 10 A and 8 A, as I don't have any periods on Friday. It was little tough to handle them in the starting, because they were really noisy and not interested in the class. But

As part of our curriculum, we, (Amina, Aryasree, Drisya, Meera , Pooja) Group 2 members, of Mathematics optional of SNTC, Nedunganda, had to arrange a capacity building programme based on the topic life skills. So, we choose the problem-solving skill. It was a group work and to understand and develop the importance of this skill in other students we enacted a small skit. Through this skit we tried to explain how one can develop the problem-solving skill and thereby one can solve the problem that they face easily by oneself. Problem-solving skills are the ability to identify problems, brainstorm and analyze answers, and implement the best solutions. Everybody can benefit from having good problem-solving skills as we all encounter problems on a daily basis. Some of these problems are obviously more severe or complex than others.  It would be wonderful to have the ability to solve all problems efficiently and in a timely fashion without difficulty, unfortunately though there is no one wa
